Countries all over the world are afflicted by poverty (lack of money and resources to live safely). There are MILLIONS who live on less than $2 a day. You can't even buy a meal with that!

Caddo Parish Schools: All schools will be closed on Monday, September 25th due to widespead power outages caused by Sunday night's storms.
